about this site

Currently you don’t need to register here in order to submit comments on this site. Comments may be subject to approval before being posted on this site. If you are interested in being notified via e-mail of any new articles, are a few ways you can do that described below.

How To Register

There are two ways that you can register your interest in this web site:

If you just want to be notified by e-mail of any changes you can simply provide your e-mail address here and subscribe or unsubscribe:

You will be send a confirmation e-mail. Follow the instructions in the e-mail to activate your subscription.

If you like, you can register as a subscriber by clicking on “Register” and providing your e-mail address and a user name of your choice. You will be sent a password by e-mail to use for logging into this site with your user name. There are some advantages to this over the above method. One is that you can subscribe to notifications by category. You must log in and select the categories to which you want to subscribe or you won’t get any notifications. This isn’t a high volume site so it’s probably not worth it to create an account here just to get e-mails. The other is that you can leave public comments on what is written here. I try to leave it open for anyone to comment until the blog becomes too much of a SPAM target. Then I have to restrict it to registered users for a while. Most readers who comment do so privately by e-mail anyway…

Finally, you can also use an RSS reader or a service like feedblitz to subscribe to updates on this site without registering here.

I welcome any and all comments and discussion from anyone as long as they are not abusive or solicitations. I do not have access to your password and I don’t require any information about you except your e-mail address to register. (Use a “handle” for a user name if you like.) Please feel free to send me e-mail by clicking on my name below if you have any comments or questions.

Thanks for your interest. I hope you find the reading worthwhile,

Paul Dubuc
